Our Mission
Through personal relationship, Intentional Faith helps those we serve discover their God-given potential by connecting them to opportunities for spiritual, personal and professional growth.
We are a non-profit 501(c)3 that equips, mentors, and provides hope in Jesus’ name.
What We Do
We serve those seeking purpose and self-reliance.
It all starts when…
Working with local non-profits, the Intentional Faith (IF) identifies individuals who have a heart for
service and are seeking autonomy and meaning in their lives. We vet candidates and pair them with
a suitable service partner in need of manpower. Via our network of community-focused
corporate partners, we facilitate the hiring of the IF community ambassador (CA) to serve there. CAs
gain work experience and extra income while meeting the needs of the organization and blessing our community.
We call this the circle of blessing, and it’s a beautiful thing!
We walk alongside the CA before, during and after their hire, encouraging them personally,
professionally and spiritually along their path toward confidence and self-sufficiency. We connect them
with the tools they need to flourish and help them to identify their God-given potential.
Our CAs often come from, or find themselves in, adverse circumstances through mental, physical or financial challenges.
We provide a needs assistance program, Imagine IF, to our CAs. Through public donations, Imagine IF helps to remove obstacles and smooth out their path towards autonomy. Please consider donating to this initiative.

Intentional Faith deploys under-resourced individuals into entry-level jobs in the non-profit and
for-profit sectors to help them earn extra income, learn job skills, a work ethic and self-reliance.
We walk with them, in relationship, and equip them with the tools they need to flourish.
They are our Intentional Faith community ambassadors (CAs), and they’re full of hope, a dedication to learning, a desire to reach their potential and a zeal for making a positive impact on their community. In a word, they’re awesome!
Unfortunately, an unexpected financial need can devastate a CA who lives on a limited income.
Please give to support their upward path toward self-reliance. Your donation may make the difference between
their family being housed, fed and warm or desperate and full of dread during an unexpected crisis. Our needs assistance program, Imagine If, helps our CAs stay on their path toward self-sufficiency. Learn more below.
All donations go directly towards assisting our CAs. No portion covers administration costs.
